Stage One: Install Chassis Componentry

Integrate the complete electric drivetrain system, including the high-performance electric motor, transmission components, and modular battery packs. Install all essential automotive electrical systems such as custom wiring harnesses, control units, and onboard computer modules required for vehicle operation and diagnostics. Fit and calibrate the air ride suspension system for adjustable ride height and performance tuning. Complete the rolling chassis by mounting suspension components, steering system, braking hardware, and wheels to ensure structural integrity and drive readiness.

Stage Two: Dashboard

Design and install a fully integrated digital dashboard system, offering either a standard or upgraded configuration. This includes a touchscreen digital gauge cluster, advanced telematics, and customizable user interface (UI) options. Infotainment packages may feature high-quality audio systems, Wi-Fi connectivity, and seamless integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for a modern, connected driving experience.

Stage Three: Body to Chassis

Secure the vehicle body—available in either fiberglass or metal construction—based on the selected model. Perform custom fitting and precision alignment to mount the body onto the chassis, ensuring proper clearances, structural compatibility, and aesthetic alignment in preparation for final bodywork and detailing.

Stage Four: Body & Paint

Apply premium-quality finishes with a choice between authentic factory-original paint colors or fully customized color schemes. Optional enhancements include vintage-style striping, decals, and other exterior design elements to match the customer's vision and vehicle personality. This is based on what package you select (Pro Touring vs Base Package).

Stage Five: Interior Installation

Install high-quality interior packages with options ranging from authentic factory-style (Classic Original) interiors to Pro Touring Deluxe upgrades featuring premium fine leather upholstery. Each cabin is tailored for comfort, style, and a modernized driving experience while preserving vintage appeal.

Stage Six: Electrical Component Installation

Install and integrate all essential electrical systems, including digital gauge displays, lighting, control modules, and auxiliary wiring. Ensure seamless functionality across the vehicle’s electronic components for performance monitoring and user interface operations.

Stage Seven: Paint Application

Apply high-quality paint finishes with options for classic factory-original colors or fully customized exterior trim packages. Includes detailing elements such as badges, moldings, and accent components to enhance the vehicle’s overall look and authenticity.

Stage Eight: Lighting & Glass Installation

Install modern LED lighting systems for enhanced visibility and efficiency, including headlights, taillights, and interior illumination. Fit all glass components with precision, including windshields, windows, and mirrors. For premium builds, offer cutting-edge electrochromic "smart glass" technology—providing on-demand tinting and glare control for an advanced driving experience.

Stage Nine: Wheels & Tires

Outfit the vehicle with your choice of standard or fully customized wheels and tires, including options for style, size, finish, and construction. Select from authentic Classic (Original) wheels for a vintage look or upgrade to Custom (Pro Touring Deluxe) performance wheels and premium tire packages for enhanced handling and modern appeal.

Stage Ten: Final Refinement & Testing

Conduct a meticulous quality control process focused on fit, finish, and overall craftsmanship. Perform staged test drives at 5, 15, and 50 miles to evaluate engine and electric motor performance, handling, and system functionality—ensuring the vehicle meets Voltamods’ highest standards before delivery.

Stage Eleven Pièce de Résistance: Reveal & Delivery

Celebrate the grand reveal as clients are introduced to their fully customized Voltamod—a one-of-a-kind fusion of heritage and innovation. Vehicles are delivered to the client’s preferred location with white-glove care. Discreet delivery arrangements are available upon request to ensure privacy and exclusivity for even the most distinguished owners.
