How to order, payment & support

  

 


How To Place An Order

To place an order, please email us at voltamods@gmail.com  Our dedicated build team will coordinate a consultation to help tailor your build, including color, trim, and available option packages. Once your specifications are finalized, you will receive an order confirmation sheet and a purchase agreement via email.
 

After finalizing your specifications, you will receive an order confirmation sheet along with a purchase agreement. Please review all details carefully, use an electronic pen or e-signature tool to initial the confirmation sheet, and sign the purchase agreement. Once completed, click "Submit" to send your initial payment (excluding applicable taxes) and finalize your order.
 


Build Progress

Once your build is underway, Voltamods will keep you informed throughout the process via our secure, password-protected owner portal. As an owner, you can log in at any time to view regularly updated photos and track the progress of your vehicle. These updates provide a clear view into each stage of your custom build journey.   Every vehicle we produce is assigned an industry-standard factory build sheet once the customer’s specifications are finalized. This build sheet serves as the official blueprint for the entire build process, detailing all selected components, finishes, trim levels, mechanical systems, and customization options. The factory build sheet ensures that each vehicle is manufactured to exact standards, reflecting both the client’s preferences and our adherence to industry best practices. From start to finish, our team follows this build sheet with precision, ensuring consistency, quality, and authenticity in every restoration. 



Payment Process

We offer a simple three-step payment process to make your purchase as smooth and manageable as possible:


  1. Initial Payment  After confirming your build specifications and signing the purchase agreement electronically, an initial payment is required to begin production. This payment secures your order in our schedule and covers the cost of custom planning and materials.  
  2. Progress Payment  Once your build reaches the midway point, we will send a progress update along with an invoice for the second payment. This installment helps fund continued production and ensures that your order remains on track for completion.  
  3. Final Payment  Upon completion of your build and prior to delivery or pickup, the final payment will be due. This amount will include any remaining balance, less the payments already made, and applicable taxes or shipping fees. Once received, we will finalize all logistics and release your order for delivery.  


All payments can be made securely online through our payment portal. Detailed invoices and receipts will be provided at each stage for your records.

All deposits and payments made toward custom vehicle builds are non-refundable once the build process has begun. This includes any design consultation fees, parts procurement, or labor hours initiated. If you wish to cancel before production starts, a partial refund may be issued minus a processing and consultation fee.



 General Warranty Policy

We are committed to delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in every Voltamods' vehicle and offer a comprehensive warranty for your peace of mind. Warranty coverage varies by product but typically includes protection against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.  



Bumper-to-Bumper Coverage

Each restored vehicle includes a 1-year, unlimited mileage bumper-to-bumper warranty, covering most components and systems rebuilt or replaced during the restoration process. This ensures that your vehicle performs reliably from day one.


Powertrain Warranty In addition to bumper-to-bumper protection, we offer an extended 2-year warranty on the powertrain, which includes the engine, transmission, and rear differential. This coverage reflects our confidence in the durability and performance of our drivetrain work. 


Body and Rust Protection We also provide a 5-year warranty against rust and corrosion on the vehicle’s body. This long-term coverage ensures that your classic not only runs beautifully but also continues to look its best over time.


Warranty Claims and Support

Should you experience an issue covered under warranty, please contact our service team with your vehicle ID or order number and a description of the problem. We’ll assess the issue and coordinate the necessary repair or replacement to get you back on the road.


Exclusions Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, accidents, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered under this warranty. Original vintage parts not restored or replaced as part of the build may also be excluded.
Detailed warranty terms and coverage duration will be provided at the time of purchase. If you experience any issues covered under warranty, please contact our service team with your order number and a description of the issue.


 

How To Request A Parts Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our Support Team at voltamods@gmail.com with the following:

  • Order number  
  • Reason for return or refund  
  • Photos (if applicable)  


Once we receive your request, our team specialist will review it and respond within 3–5 business days.  




Parts & Accessories Returns

Parts & Accessories Returns 


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned parts have been received and inspected. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain returns.

  • We accept returns for eligible parts and accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:  
  • Unused and in original packaging  
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase  
  • Not custom-made or specially ordered  
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees (up to 15%).
  • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the item is returned and inspected.
